3 ounces | Butter lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces |
2 oz. spoon | Walnut chorizo, heated |
2 teaspoons | Marinated Onions |
1/2 each | Fresh Avocado, diced ¼ inch chunks |
2 tablespoons | Shredded Cheddar, sharp |
2 tablespoons | Diced fresh tomato |
1 each | Grilled fresh jalapeno |
1 quart | Heavy cream |
Procedure
• Arrange butter lettuce in a clean cold salad bowl.
• Place avocado, onions, cheddar, and tomatoes around the perimeter of the plate.
• Place heated chorizo walnuts in the center of the dish.
• Serve with guest choice of dressing.
