
Ingredients
⅓ cup | Azar® Chef Xpress Coconut Cashews |
2 cups | Romaine, shredded |
1 each | Papaya or mango, cubed |
½ cup | Celery, diced |
½ pound | Cooked shrimp, cut into pieces |
1 teaspoon | Hot sauce (optional) |
To taste | Salt and pepper |
¼ cup | Papaya salad dressing (or Honey Mustard ) |
¼ cup | Azar® Coconut, toasted |
Procedure
Makes 2 Servings
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for the dressing and the coconut.
- Add dressing just before serving; toss and sprinkle with coconut.
