6 ouncesAzar® Chef Xpress Pesto Pine Nuts
1 eachPlum tomato, chopped
4 ouncesParmesan Reggiano cheese, thinly shaved
To tasteSalt and pepper

Procedure

Makes 12 Servings

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Lightly coat each flatbread with olive oil.
  3. Top with remaining ingredients EXCEPT basil.
  4. Brown in preheated oven.
  5. Cut into slices and top with basil and serve.
