Drizzle | Extra virgin olive oil |
6 ounces | Azar® Chef Xpress Pesto Pine Nuts |
1 each | Plum tomato, chopped |
4 ounces | Parmesan Reggiano cheese, thinly shaved |
To taste | Salt and pepper |
6 each | Basil leaves, thinly sliced |
Procedure
Makes 12 Servings
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Lightly coat each flatbread with olive oil.
- Top with remaining ingredients EXCEPT basil.
- Brown in preheated oven.
- Cut into slices and top with basil and serve.
