VINAIGRETTE
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Sweetened
rice vinegar or 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar + 1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup Fresh
strawberries, sliced
6 cups Mixed salad greens
2 cups Fresh
strawberries, halved
2 cups (40) whole AzarÒ Chef Xpress Honey Pecans
2 oz. Mild goat
cheese
DIRECTIONS
Strawberry
Vinaigrette:
In a blender or
food processor combine olive oil, vinegar and sliced strawberries; blend until
smooth.
Combine salad
greens and strawberry halves in large bowl; add vinaigrette and toss well to
coat.
Transfer to plates
and sprinkle with nuts and small pieces of goat cheese; serve immediately.
