AZAR QUALITY CANDY RECIPES FROM
MIXED
GREENS WITH GORGONZOLA and TOASTED PINE NUT DRESSING
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag Mixed Greens
1 C. Light Olive Oil
1/4 C. White Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 C. AzarÒ Pine Nuts
4 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Lightly brown pine nuts in olive
oil. Remove nuts.
Allow olive oil to cool.
Combine ingredients (except salad)
with vinegar. Whisk to blend.
Slowly add oil, whisking to make
dressing.
Add salt and pepper.
Dress salad greens prior to serving,
top with pine nuts.
