MANDARIN HAZELNUT SALAD

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/2 C. Salad Oil

1/4 C. Chopped Parsley

2 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar

Salt & Pepper to taste

Dash of Tabasco Sauce

7-8 C. Mixed Salad Greens, torn

1/4 C. Chopped Celery

1 C. Drained Mandarin Oranges

2 Green Onions, chopped

4 ounces Azar^? Chopped Hazelnuts

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Mix together oil, parsley, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper, and Tabasco; allow to sit.

Toss greens, celery, oranges and green onions with dressing.

Sprinkle with hazelnuts; top with additional dressing if desired.
