LEMON CHICKEN SALAD w/ HONEY ROASTED CASHEW

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

3 ea. Whole Chicken Breasts, Cooked

1 C. Mayonnaise

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

1/2 C. Diced Celery

1 C. Azar^? Honey Roasted Cashews

Lemon Zest to taste

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Dice cooked chicken.

Mix together mayo, Dijon and lemon zest.

Add mixture to chicken and celery. Stir and refrigerate.

Add honey roasted cashews just before serving.

Serve on top bed of lettuce or on croissant.
