AZAR QUALITY CANDY RECIPES FROM
GINGER WALNUT RICE SALAD

C. Cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth) cooled
1-8
oz. can Pineapple tidbits, in own juice
3/4
C. AzarÒ Coarsely Chopped Walnuts
1/4
C. each Sliced green onions, seedless golden raisins, and diced red peppers

Tbsp.+ 1 tsp. Ginger
1
Tbsp. Reduced sodium soy sauce
2
tsp. Sesame oil
Salad
greens
DIRECTIONS:
Combine rice, pineapple, walnuts, onions, raisins, peppers and
ginger in large bowl. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and 3 tablespoons
pineapple juice. Add dressing to the rice mixture and toss lightly.
Serve
on a bed of salad greens.
