AZAR QUALITY CANDY RECIPES FROM
CASHEW POTATO SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 C. AzarÒ Roasted Whole Cashews
1 tsp.
Paprika
1/2 C. Pimento
olives, sliced
1 med. Onion,
chopped
2-3 C. Boiled
potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/3 C. Mayonnaise
2/3 C. Plain nonfat
yogurt
1 tsp. Lime juice
1 tsp. Grated
radish
Salt and pepper to
taste
Optional: Grated
carrot, roasted cashews
DIRECTIONS
Combine the
cashews, paprika, olives, onion, and potatoes in a large bowl.
Add mayonnaise and
yogurt.
Stir in lemon
juice, radish, salt and pepper until well blended.
Refrigerate 15
minutes before serving.
If desired, top
with additional paprika, grated carrot and roasted cashews.
