AZAR QUALITY CANDY RECIPES FROM

ALMOND FISH CANTON

 

INGREDIENTS

1/4 C. Soy Sauce

1/4 C. Dry Sherry

3 Tbsp.  Peanut oil

1/3 C.  Minced fresh cilantro

3 Tbsp.  Fresh minced ginger root

6 cloves Garlic, minced

12 Fish Fillets: Swordfish, mahi mahi, catfish, sea bass, tuna, or shark

3/4 C. AzarÒ Sliced Almonds

3/4 C. Sliced green onion

 Cilantro sprigs for garnish (as needed)

 Lemon or lime slice for garnish (as needed)

 

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl stir together soy sauce, sherry, oil, minced cilantro, ginger root, and garlic until well combined. Arrange fish fillets on grill; brush liberally with sauce. Grill fish until it flakes easily, turning once and brushing frequently with sauce. During last minute of grilling, sprinkle 1 Tbsp each sliced almonds and green onion over fish. Serve at once; garnish with cilantro and lemon or lime slices.
